Your duties will include reviewing employee work, updating and developing company policies, and responding to policy violations. The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous behavioral health case management experience is ideal. Responsibilities: Review and audit behavioral health client records Implement and manage an effective compliance program. Develop and review company policies. Advise management on the companys compliance with regulations through detailed reports. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks. Assess company operations to determine compliance risk. Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes. Ensure staff are up to date on all certifications, training and licensures Oversees the dissemination and collection of client satisfaction surveys. Resolve employee concerns about compliance. Oversee the dissemination and collection of open chart deficiencies and closed chart audits, and requests from regulatory agencies and payors for audit review. Additional duties as needed. Requirements: Highly organized Good knowledge of behavioral and mental health procedures. Brilliant oral and written communication skills. Case Management experience Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
