Job Description:

The CSI Companies is actively seeking an Office Clerk -for our client located in the Fishers, IN area. We are looking for someone who is available to work the following hours: Mon- Fri -8 AM - 5 PM Details: - The Officer Clerk is responsible for clerical duties include knowledge of computers, data entry, filing, operation of office equipment such as copiers and scanners, good numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability and communication skills. Duties: Pulling documentation from file cabinets, prepare documents for scanning, QA of documents scanned and refiling of the documents pulled, Client title audits as well as partner with our current Title Representative. Manually verify that all state specific vehicle titles listed on a client file are physically present on site and all data on each title matches. Communicate all matches and discrepancies regarding data in the electronic client file (excel format) against the physical hard copy on site and send to the Customer Success team along with Title Audit request form with the specifics of the asks for the title audit. File and maintain client state specific vehicle title hard copies on site Other duties as identified by management Update renewals, titles via internal systems. Renewals will need overnight packages created. Assist with Title queue and assist other Adm in the request of disposals and title pulls. Requirements: Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent - At least one year of office experience. Excel and computer skills are necessary for this position. Able to work in a team environment, self starter as well as time management.
