Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage scheduling activities, including maintaining calendars and organizing appointments. • Prepare outgoing memos, correspondence, and other written materials with accuracy. • Identify and address administrative needs to streamline office operations. • Welcome visitors and provide attentive assistance as the first point of contact. • Arrange travel plans, including booking registrations, flights, and accommodations. • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for easy record retrieval. • Handle data entry tasks, ensuring precision and timeliness. • Uphold confidentiality while managing sensitive information. • Support the drafting and editing of correspondence and official documents.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or office management roles. • Proficiency in scheduling and managing appointments effectively. • Strong skills in data entry and maintaining organized records. • Ability to book travel arrangements and handle related logistics. • Experience in receptionist duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. • High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
