aDigital Marketing Account Executiveto add to our growing
organization.To be considered :
- You must have 3 to 5 years of experience strategically advising
clients from the perspective of their customers.
- You must have a thorough and sensitive knowledge of digital
marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content
Marketing, and more.
- You must have proven experience managing multiple deadlines and
projects simultaneously.
- You must have prior agency experience or relevant digital
marketing experience in a fast-paced organization.
- You must sell ideas and explain why one idea will work better
for a client's audience than another.
- You must be able to analyze data and translate it into
actionable insights.
- You must be highly organized and results-driven.
- You must have a high sense of urgency and focus.
- You must enjoy presenting and keeping everyone on the same
page.
- You are good at anticipating the needs of others.
- You must write clearly, and not be afraid to tell someone they
are wrong tactfully.
- You must take ownership, avoid pointing fingers, and bring
enthusiasm and energy to every project.
- You must have proven examples of presenting creative work that
is on strategy and avoid arguments of preference.
- You must be willing to do whatever it ethically takes to get
the job done.A typical week looks like this.
- Summarize the client's problems and brainstorm with your team
to provide a suggested solution.
- Meet with the Creative Director to strategize for a
campaign.
- Prepare for a kick-off meeting and write a creative brief that
supplies your creative team members with clear strategic
direction.
- Aid with research to understand the perceptions that motivate
our clients customers buying behavior.
- Prep for a client creative presentation by reviewing the
creative and ensuring it is on strategy before the client
presentation. Rehearse with team members to ensure your delivering
an experience that improves client perceptions and helps them
choose the best idea to drive business.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with your client's customers to
understand their perceptions and behaviors.
- Attend a client strategy session to offer solutions to drive
business results.
