Maintenance Technician! Location: Fort Wayne, IN Pay Range: $28.00
- $33.00 per hour Shifts Available: 2nd (3 PM - 11 PM) 3rd (11 PM -
7 AM) Swing (12-hour, 2-2-3 rotation) Are you a problem-solver with
a passion for machinery and technology? We're seeking a Skilled
Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this
role, you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge
equipment, ensuring our operations run efficiently and safely. Key
Responsibilities: Electrical and Electronic Troubleshooting:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), wiring, and other
components. Mechanical Maintenance: Conduct repairs on mechanical
systems, including motors, conveyors, and pneumatic systems, using
precision tools and equipment. Preventative Maintenance: Execute
routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and reduce
downtime. Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operation of
motorized equipment, production machinery, and control systems
while adhering to strict safety guidelines. Qualifications: High
school diploma or GED (required). 2 years of experience in
electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance, particularly
with PLC systems. Basic mechanical knowledge and an ability to work
from blueprints, schematics, and manuals. Strong understanding of
safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA
regulations. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40
pounds. Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and repetitive
movements for extended periods. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced
