Job Details As an Estimator with Negotiated Bid experience, you will: Prepare accurate and comprehensive take-offs for commercial, healthcare, municipal, and educational projects Actively participate in the full estimating process, from conceptual budgets to final bid proposals Must be willing to still do take-offs Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design teams Review and analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents for project requirements Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals Utilize industry-standard estimating software for quantity surveys and cost analysis Identify value engineering opportunities to help clients achieve project goals Collaborate with project managers and field teams throughout the preconstruction process Help shape winning proposals and presentations for negotiated bids Stay current with market trends, pricing, and material availability Demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ready to take the next step in your career?
