Job Description Job Description Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join one of our long-term clients' team at (1) of their properties in Cincinnati, OH (45209). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in residential maintenance with plumbing, electrical and HVAC, have experience with unit turns, have knowledge of basic maintenance, be self-motivated, be able to organize multiple tasks throughout the day and is self-sufficient. Unit turn experience is required for this role. This role is a contracted and expected to last 30-60 days in length. This role will be working with (1) community that was built in 1992, 276 Units, 3 stories and Luxury Market Rate. Salary: $26-30/hour DOQ. Schedule: Weekly schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00/9:00-6:00. Responsibilities and Job Duties: Prepare vacant units for occupancy by removing trash and other debris, performing maintenance, painting and cleaning within the timeframes established by the property. Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair, as directed, on a daily basis Electrical and plumbing (including water lines) A/C and heating systems Appliances (when applicable) Tile, carpet, flooring Fireplaces, ceiling fans Gas fixtures and appliances Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors Door locks, mailboxes and locks Ceiling leaks Walls, minor sheetrock repair, painting Qualifications and Experience: 2 years' experience in residential maintenance. Experience in unit turns is required. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check.
