support role that assists our service team by ensuring smooth
vehicle movements for exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, parking
cars, retrieving cars for delivery, and transporting customers via
our shuttle. This position requires excellent communication,
multitasking skills, and a customer-first attitude with a
willingness to work collaboratively across departments. What We

Greet and assist customers in the service area and creating a
positive first impression Assist the service team with confirming
appointments and updating customer information Keep customer
waiting areas, inventory displays neat, clean, and up to date
Assist with dealership events, marketing promotions, and customer
satisfaction initiatives Perform basic clerical duties such as
filing, scanning, printing, and document organization Handle basic
customer concerns, or direct them to appropriate team members for
resolution Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and interpersonal
communication skills Excellent multitasking abilities Attention to
detail Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
