Maintenance Technician Role Embark on an exciting journey as a
Maintenance Technician I, where you'll be at the heart of
maintaining and servicing the dynamic machinery that powers our

Your Day-to-Day Involvement: Nurture a culture of safety through
unwavering commitment to workplace protocols. Engage in repairing,
upgrading, and securing industrial machinery to enhance
productivity. Bear the responsibility for setting up, testing, and
sustaining electrical systems. Detect and resolve malfunctions
using your expertise and specialized tools. Connect and manage
electrical components like circuit breakers and transformers.
Optimize equipment through precise calculations, layout, and
alignment methods. Embrace rigging, safety checks, and an array of
maintenance responsibilities. Craft and utilize mechanical
components drawn from a variety of metal materials. Uphold
compliance with local, state, and federal electrical regulations.
Promote safety and quality programs by adhering to all established
practices. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of two years'
exploration in manufacturing or industrial settings. Possess
advanced skills for troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.
Be motivated and adaptable, yet take instruction efficiently.
Proficiency in laser alignment and monitoring is essential.
Understand preventive maintenance and flexible in pipefitting work.
Experience in welding and oxyacetylene torch operations. Physically
fit for elevated tasks including electrical installations. Forklift
and high lift machinery operation competency required. Experience
with VFD programming is necessary. Proven capabilities in
addressing PLC issues and solutions. Strong command over testing
electrical systems for safety integrity. Insightful approach
towards mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Fluency in
English language communication. Expectations of the Role: Be ready
to work amidst conditions such as varying temperatures and loud
noise. Develop resilience against potential exposure to mechanical
hazards, electrical currents, and high heat. Maintenance of
respiratory and skin safety against atmospheric conditions like
dust, fumes, and gases. Handling oils and cutting fluids with
appropriate safety measures. Develop and execute mechanical
troubleshooting skills with machine safety inspections top of mind.
Utilize PLC technology in solutions delivery.
