Job Description:
SUMMARY:This position is primarily responsible for administering
and communicating various administrative procedures and assists the
plant manager.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Core duties and
responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.* Acts as receptionist for both walk-in and phone
contacts.* Forwards paperwork for the company on any garnishment,
government & unemployment claims.* Maintains daily status sheet for
all in housework and advises customers regarding individual orders.
Maintains files for all paperwork including: Job Cards, Customer
Purchase Orders, Packing Slips, Blueprints, Charts and
Certifications.* Interfaces with Quality Assurance to issue
paperwork for Certifications and lab results for jobs requiring it.
Complies with all Quality Assurance procedures as stated in the
Q.A. Manual.* Validate and rectify pricing accuracy between
Customer Purchase Orders and Nitrex Quote pricing prior to creating
a Nitrex Invoice for work completed.* Maintains department records
and forwards to corporate. * Maintains customer records and
forwards all correspondence to Nevada (ACH, payments, invoices) for
processing. Processes weekly/monthly sales.* Maintains vendor
records and forwards all approved invoices to Nevada for
processing* Acts as an assistant to the Facility Manager. Liaises
with corporate accounting, personnel and payroll departments.*
Makes purchases of office supplies* Writes P.O. as needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This job has no supervisory

potentially unsafe conditions immediately.QUALIFICATIONS:To perform

EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or two years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience or Associates Degree and continuing
education.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to work with mathematical
concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to
apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and
proportions to practical situations. Ability to compute rate,
ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.LANGUAGE
SKILLS:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to
write: reports, correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to
present information and respond to questions from groups of:
employees, managers, customers.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to solve
practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.COMPUTER SKILLS:To perform this job
successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Database
software, Internet, Payroll systems; Spreadsheet and Word
Processing software.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described
