Title: Warehouse - Material Handler

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a current Warehouse - Material Handler job in Pendleton, IN This is a temporary to hire opportunity. As a Warehouse Material Handler you will manually move freight, stock, or other materials and perform other general labor related tasks within the warehouse. Duties range from hand picking small items, to medium sized boxes or stacking heavy bulk items (like bags of pet food). Fully stacked pallets are then hand-wrapped in plastic wrap. Responsibilities for this Warehouse - Material Handler job include:

• Pick orders from warehouse inventory

• Unload, move, and store a variety of materials, parts, and products

• Utilize power and manual lifts as well as transfer equipment

• Store and stack materials according to company standards

• Verify/identify parts and/or materials; report shortages or damaged materials

• Operate RF Scanners

• May perform tasks such as: cycle counts, inventory control and shelf stocking

• Assist with a broad range of warehouse tasks, utilizing forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, and carts

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• MUST have current/valid Drivers Liscense

• Min. 2 years of verifiable forklift driving experience

• Ability to lift 50 pounds constantly during 8 hour shift

• Ability to reach, bend, push, pull, and walk long distances for entire shift

We have openings on all shifts:

• 1st Shift Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm Pay rate $10/hr

• 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm Pay rate $10/hr

• 3rd Shift Sunday – Thursday 11pm – 7am Pay rate $10/hr
