  • Manager ensures that office operations and programing in the outpatient department operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Manager ensures outpatient programs are compliant with all laws, rules and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as TJC standards for quality care. -
  • Monitors patient volumes and quality of care to identify areas for improvement. Manager oversees the work performance of the non-clinical outpatient staff.
  • Familiar with a variety of concepts and practices in relationship to the field. -
  • Demonstrates the ability to problem-solve and make day to day decisions regarding department operations. Leads and directs the work of others while reporting to the department head
  • - - Qualifications: Requirements:
    • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
    • CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days. -Experience:
      • Previous outpatient experience preferred.
      • Must have clerical experience. - - - -
