• Base Salary: Total Compensation is up to the 75th Percentile of MGMA salary
• Sign-on Bonus: $60,000 upfront; Year 2 and beyond receive $25,000 Retention Bonus
• Paid On-Call duties of 10 days a month; new Surgeon would make 1:3 Rotation, Hospital looking to add a 4th Surgeon
• Vacation: 30 days PTO
• CME: $10,000 for 5 Days
• Relocation: Up to $15,000
• Cell Phone Allowance
• Annual Medical License Paid
