• Create and maintain Quality Assurance Data and Spreadsheets.
• Perform Quality Assurance visits via phone/in home.
• Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.
• Recognize opportunities to increase service hours with clients to enhance quality care.
• Assist with incoming calls from CAREGivers and Clients.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Perform other functions and responsibilities within the office which are deemed necessary. Benefits

  • Market leader Qualifications:
    • High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Strong computer skills including Office 365 experience.
    • Previous customer service and high-volume scheduling experience is recommended.
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on phone etiquette.
    • Must possess excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
