Benefits: Electrophysiologist - Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives - Generous recruitment bonus program including relocation allowance; commencement and retention packages - 100% Paid for malpractice - 32 days of paid time off per year 1.6 months off per year! - Extensive benefits package: health/medical, life/dental, vision, etc. - Retirement including 403(b),457(b),401 - Leadership development for all MD/DOs and APPs About this role - Electrophysiologist - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; with hospital rotation 1:3 - Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (2 times per year to provide patient access) - Evening hours, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (2 times per year to provide patient access) - Weekend call: 1:6 - Weekend call team consists of four physicians - Inpatient call coverage 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. 1 evening every 4-5 weeks; Support of three cardiac hospitalists for night call 9:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. - Average clinic volume: 22 patients per day - Average inpatient volume: 15 – 20 - High volumes – average 200 cases per year - State-of-the-art labs: - Biosense Webster Cartosound Mapping system with GE recording system, with connectivity to perform cryoballoon cases as well - St. Jude Ensite with Perssion Mapping with Velocity recording with TactiCath capabilities and cyro-balloon connectivity - Procedures: - Permanent Pacemaker implants - Pacemaker Lead extractions - Leadless Pacemaker implants - ICD implants - Left Atrial Appendage Closure - Ablations: Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, SVT, VT Cryoablation - Covergent procedures in collaboration with cardiovascular surgeons - Minimal travel to outreach locations <1 hour from main campus Background Desired - Electrophysiologist - BC/BE - MD/DO - ACLS/BLS - IN Medical License or in progress About the Area: - Indianapolis, Indiana’s capital city is in the heart of it all.
