Job Description:
Job Title: RN Surgery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty:
Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM Hours per
Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of hospital experience,
with at least 1 year of travel nursing experience in a hospital
setting License: Valid nursing license Certifications: BLS
Must-Have: - Circulating Operating Room RN experience - At least 5
years of hospital experience Description: Looking for a Circulating
Operating Room RN. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of
hospital experience. Must possess at least 1 year of travel nursing
experience in a hospital setting. This position requires 4 ten-hour
shifts per week. Shift start times may vary depending on the
Operating Room schedule. Shifts could start as early as 5:45 AM and
as late as 8:00 AM. Candidates may be required to work up to 5
weeknight on-call shifts per month. Weekend on-call shifts will be
scheduled once a month, from Saturday at 7:00 AM to Monday at 7:00
AM. Holiday on-call shifts may also be required. The unit includes
4 operating rooms for various specialties such as general surgery,
GYN, orthopedics, urology, spine, breast, and cosmetic procedures.
Robotic surgery equipment available includes DV5, Davinci SP,
Aquablation, MAKO, and Stryker Navigation. There are also 2
endoscopy suites for colonoscopy and EGD procedures. A procedure
room is available for pain injections.
