This contract position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced clinical environment focused on cardiac and ICU patients, supported by a cohesive, team-oriented culture. Location: Fishers, IN This role is based in a well-equipped healthcare setting featuring a 16-bed step-down unit with a 1:2 patient-to-nurse ratio. The unit cares for critical cardiac and ICU patients, utilizing advanced technology such as ventilators and titratable drips. Nurses will work evening shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM every other weekend, delivering direct care with no on-call requirements, and holiday coverage as needed.
