This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus. Multiple openings
are available in the Medical-Surgical department. The first unit
has 22 beds and cares for infections and complications from chronic
diseases. A second unit focuses on short-stay surgeries,
specializing in gynecology oncology, urology, and procedural
gastroenterology. This environment supports new nurses in
developing skills and allows experienced nurses to deepen their
expertise in these specialties. A mentoring and precepting program
is in place, fostering teamwork, positivity, and professional
growth. The third unit also has 22 beds and provides acute care for
infections and chronic disease complications. Another medical unit
has 36 beds, serving similar patient needs. The surgical unit
accommodates patients recovering from general and colorectal
surgeries, with varying levels of acuity throughout recovery. This
role is for direct-hire only. Candidates must have RN experience in
