Doctor of Medicine | Pediatrics - Anesthesiology Location: Dayton, OH Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment covering a maternity leave at a hospital-based operating room setting in Dayton, Ohio . This is a high-acuity, well-supported environment with a predictable weekday schedule and no call. Location Dayton, OH Assignment Dates August 10 – November 16, 2026 Schedule Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM No call Practice Setting Hospital-Based Operating Rooms ACS Level I Trauma Center 14 Operating Rooms 22 Anesthesiologists in Practice Annual ER Volume: ~70,000 Average Surgical Volume: 50–60 cases per day Care is delivered through a care team model , with a mix of solo cases and CRNA supervision . OR & Clinical Team Collegial, experienced team of RNs, surgical techs, PCAs, surgeons, proceduralists, and APPs No responsibility for anesthesia cart preparation ??? Patient Population Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric Requirements Required Clinical Skills & Procedures Required: General surgical anesthesia (Neonatal, Pediatric, Adult) Thoracic cases (excluding open heart) Complex orthopedic cases Neurosurgical cases Ventilation management Preferred: Pediatric anesthesia services across all subspecialties (excluding cardiac and transplant surgery) Arterial line placement Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues Requirements Board Certified – Pediatric Anesthesiology ( Required ) BLS, ACLS, PALS ( Required ) Active Ohio license ( Highly Preferred ) Self-Query NPDB (pulled within 30 days at time of presentation) ( Required ) ??
