Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings, nights - Employment Type: Staff X-Ray Technologist – Days, Evenings & Nights Direct Hire | Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Location: Terre Haute, IN Overview A not-for-profit acute care hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana is hiring X-Ray Technologists to support a hospital-based imaging department serving inpatient, emergency, and outpatient populations. These are permanent, direct hire roles with multiple openings and flexible scheduling options across day, evening, and night shifts. Terre Haute offers a low cost of living, short commutes, and easy access to Indianapolis (about an hour away). Home to Indiana State University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, the area provides a stable local economy and a strong sense of community. The department offers strong team collaboration, modern imaging environments, and consistent volume. Schedule • Full-time opportunities available • 40 hrs/week (varied shifts) or 36 hrs/week (12-hour evenings/nights) • Day, evening, and overnight options • Weekend and holiday rotation (approx. 2 holidays/year) Compensation & Incentives • Hourly range: $26.34 – $39.54 • Annual range: ~$49,300 – $82,180 (DOE) • $5,000 sign-on bonus – 1-year commitment • $10,000 sign-on bonus – 2-year commitment (One-time payment after 120 days of employment) • Full benefits package Role Highlights • Acute-care hospital radiology setting • Broad patient population: pediatric through geriatric • Exposure to a multi-modality imaging department • Built-in shift differentials for evenings/nights • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) • Tuition assistance/reimbursement up to $5,250/year Key Responsibilities • Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures safely and efficiently • Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality images • Operate imaging equipment per physician orders • Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner • Collaborate with clinical and imaging teams • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Requirements • Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Radiologic Technology program • Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Radiology license • ARRT registered or ARRT-eligible • CPR/BLS certification • Flexibility to support varied scheduling needs About Medical Solutions Direct Hire At Medical Solutions, we’re people who care, helping people who care.
