This permanent, day-shift role supports safe patient discharges through medication reconciliation, patient education, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. Terre Haute offers a low cost of living, easy access to Indianapolis (about an hour away), and a strong sense of community. The area is home to Indiana State University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, contributing to a stable local economy and short, manageable commutes. The role offers predictable weekday hours and long-term stability.
