Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Indianapolis, IN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,463 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Transplant Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of strong transplant experience required. License: Must have state license or temporary license. Certifications: BLS and Regulatory Charting for Transplants required. Must-Have: Transplant experience, specifically in liver transplant procedures. Description: The role involves assisting in transplant surgeries, primarily focused on abdominal transplants. Candidates should have experience performing recipient procedures involved in liver transplant. All travelers will be required to float within the hospital or to affiliated hospitals. Call requirements include 40-60 hours per 6-week period. Candidates must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Previous experience in multi-specialty surgeries is beneficial. The unit exclusively handles abdominal transplants, including kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestinal/multi-visceral procedures. Pediatric transplant experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
