Job Description & Requirements Anesthesiology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 24;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25 This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Call and requirements: OR call (4p-7a), OB call (7a-7a) · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC · Certifications required: Must have an Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) or transferable once accepted. · License required or accepting IMLC: Must be Board Certified in Anesthesia, must have an Indiana license Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University. Although Purdue is located across the river, it in many ways bolsters the economy and entertainment options of its sister city.
