Job Description & Requirements Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25 This facility is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am -5:30 pm Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth Type of cases; required procedures: Nurse Practitioners round on existing patients, 36 hours of patient care/ambulatory clinic coverage per week, 70% Oncology, 30% Hematology Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Certifications required: Board Certified, Fellowship required, Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure required: Active Indiana State License Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
