Description: We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to
join our Bone Marrow Transplant unit. The unit has 17 beds with
patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. We care for hematology and
bone marrow transplant patients requiring blood and electrolyte
replacement, neuro assessments, long-term IV therapy, chemotherapy,
and physical therapy needs. The nurse will be required to work
every third weekend and holidays as needed. There are no call
requirements for this position. The role may include floating to
like units which encompass stepdown and critical care units, as
well as oncology. Candidates should be familiar with equipment such
as vents, Alaris pumps, Phillips monitors, Stryker beds, Sara
Steady, and patient lifts. Experience with electronic medical
records is preferred. Ideal candidates should ask questions, be
team players, and be eager to learn new skills. We value staff who
