Position Summary: The Dietitian (Dietician) will be responsible for
providing comprehensive and accurate nutrition information to
patients and clients in a manner that is both cost-effective and
efficient. The Dietitian will also be responsible for assisting
with nutritional education, nutrition support, and nutritional
counseling. The position requires a strong knowledge of diet and
nutrition, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Why

Great team culture Essential Job Functions: Administers nutritional
treatments to patients and clients. Provides nutritional counseling
to the patient and or the family. Provides dietary recommendations
based on the patients condition. Conducts comprehensive assessments
of patients nutritional status and provides treatment
recommendations based on the patients needs. Provides dietary
assessments for new patients or changes in their nutritional
status. Develops treatment plans based on the patients needs.
Assists in monitoring clients progress in achieving their goals and
maintains records of progress and data. Coordinates nutritional
services with other professionals such as physicians, nurses,
dietitians, dieticians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational
therapists etc. Conducts dietary assessments for other
professionals as needed. May perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Dietetics or related
field required Current Registered Dietitian Certification required;
Professional Registered Dietitian certification preferred. Minimum
of three years experience working in a medical facility preferred
