This assignment is ideal for anesthesiologists who enjoy caring for neonatal through adult patients , collaborating within a care-team model, and working in busy operating rooms with a strong, collegial staff. ? Advanced pediatric and complex surgical cases Assignment Details Location: Dayton, Ohio 45404 ??? Position: Locum Tenens Pediatric Anesthesiologist Coverage Dates: August – November (91-day assignment) Schedule: 5x8 Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Practice Setting: Hospital-based operating rooms Clinical Environment Snapshot ? Multiple operating rooms with full surgical services Collaborative care team including CRNAs, RNs, surgical techs, APPs, and surgeons Level I trauma designation Average surgical volume: ~50–60 cases per day Clinical Scope & Case Types Neonatal, pediatric, and adult anesthesia Complex orthopedic procedures Neurosurgical cases Thoracic cases (excluding open heart) Ventilation and hemodynamic management Arterial line placement and acute volume/BP management Pediatric anesthesia coverage across nearly all subspecialties (excluding cardiac and transplant) Compensation & Support Competitive hourly compensation ??
