Job Description Psychiatry Opportunity in Dayton, Ohio Location: Dayton, OH Position Details: Employment Type: Full-Time Position Type: Permanent Practice Type: Adult Psychiatry Job Description: Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a growing team in Dayton, Ohio. This position offers a mix of outpatient and inpatient care in a well-supported environment. Practice Highlights: 100% adult psychiatry 75% outpatient, 25% inpatient 22 inpatient beds with an average length of stay of 3-5 days Inpatient unit located in a separate building on campus Call & Schedule: Call rotation: Every third weekend and one night per week (52 calls annually) Physicians attend a Treatment Team meeting twice a week on a day of their choosing Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with productivity incentives Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Generous CME allowance Relocation assistance available
