Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call 24 Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a-7a Practice Setting: Inpatient Type of cases: Urology cases, emergency department rounding, 3-5 consults per day, 2 surgeries per day Credentialing timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner Certifications required: Board Certified, Board Eligible, Fellowship Required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS),Basic Life Support certifications (BLS) Licensure required: Active Indiana State Medical License Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University. Although Purdue is located across the river, it in many ways bolsters the economy and entertainment options of its sister city.
