Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Dining
Services Manager to join our team in the Healthcare and Medical
sector. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all
aspects of dining services at healthcare facilities, focusing on
delivering high-quality, nutritious meals to patients, staff, and
visitors while ensuring compliance with health and safety
regulations. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced
environment and share our commitment to excellence and innovation
in client service. Manage daily operations of the dining services
department including meal planning, preparation, and delivery.
Ensure that all food service operations are compliant with health
and safety regulations specific to the healthcare industry.
Supervise and train dining staff to ensure high standards of
service and efficiency. Collaborate with nutritionists and
healthcare professionals to plan and implement menus that meet the
dietary needs and preferences of a diverse patient population.
Manage budgeting and purchasing for the dining services department.
Address and resolve any issues related to food quality or service
complaints. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure
adherence to industry standards and continuous improvement. Proven
leadership and management skills Strong understanding of health and
safety regulations in food service Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with
healthcare professionals Experience in menu planning and budget
management Proficiency in food service management software Medical
