Job Description:

Aerotek is hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist for a company on the NW side of Indianapolis! Duties:

• Establish rapport with payroll provider, including enacting program changes where necessary
• Partner with various departments to resolve employee pay issues
• Identify process gaps and lead process improvement
• Develop ad hoc reporting for financial or operational purposes
• Provide excellent customer service to our internal customers and third-party vendorsRequirements:
  • 3+ years of Payroll experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related
  • Multi State experience
  • Knowledge of Federal and State payroll laws
