Responsible for strategic human resource planning to provide the company's best position as an Employer of Choice by being aware of policies, practices and trends within the industry. Essential Job Function

• Plans and develops organization's human resource function and performance from both a strategic and tactical perspective
• Participates in the development of company's plans and programs as a strategic partner and particularly from the perspective of impact on employees
• Establishes credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of employee issues
• Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs and strategies and how those actions impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of employee resources
• Directs and implements strategies and implements plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the company for positions of responsibility. Identifies appropriate external sources for candidates for all levels within the company.
• Develops progressive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance
• Develops human resource planning models to identify knowledge and talent gaps
• Enhances and/or develops and enforces human resources policies and procedures of the organization through systems that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation
• Provide HR division individuals with professional and personal growth and development opportunities
• Ensures and maintains compliance with quality requirements and ISO procedures
• Completes required training classes Qualifications Qualification:
• Master's degree (MBA or MHRM) and fifteen years' related experience
• Experienced leader and human resources executive with appropriate management experience
• Energetic, forward-thinking individual with high ethical standards and appropriate professional image
• A strategic planner with sound technical skills, good judgment and strong operational focus
• Excellent communication skills
• Available to work assigned hours based on business needs and travel when needed
