We are looking for a Cloud Systems Administrator for a company located on the North side of Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will be a growth-minded individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment, and has the skills and experience to help manage and grow a hybrid infrastructure. Essential Functions:

• Protect the critical information, systems, and assets of the company
• Implement new software and hardware
• Assist in the development of an overall IT strategy
• Configure, maintain, and support the Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms
• Manage Active directory and Azure AD
• Install, support, and maintain endpoint computers and servers
• Plan for and respond to service outages and other issues Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems using in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions
  • Must be a team player, willing to handle all support requests with courtesy and professionalism
  • Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and configure Microsoft 365 environment: including Azure, Azure AD, AD Connect, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
    • Create and Implement desktop virtualization environment, Azure AVD
    • Perform server administration tasks, including Active Directory, VMware infrastructure, user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, and print services, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
    • Monitor data center health and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.
    • Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, routing patching of company systems, and software deployment.
    • Assist in supporting internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, switches, firewalls, network segments, phones, and other hardware, performing routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
    • Interact with the help desk staff and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed. Provide upper-tier level support for help desk trouble tickets.
    • Works with IT Director to develop comprehensive IT plan, and policies providing recommendations for solutions to current and future department needs.Requirements
      • 8 + years of experience in the IT industry and 3 - 5 years of system administrator experience.
      • 3 + years of experience in cloud computing, specifically Microsoft Azure\365.
      • Mid to senior-level experience with Azure (AVD), Azure AD, AD Connect, Active Directory, Intune
      • Experience with building and deploying laptop images using Microsoft Intune.
      • Management of server virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere (ESXi).
      • Management of Windows Server (2012 R2\2016\2019).
      • Management of Exchange Online.
      • Management & Administration of Office 365.
      • Domain-Level Management including AD, GP, DNS, LDAP.
      • WSUS and Patch Management.
      • Experience with SSL certificates.
      • Experience with programming languages and operating systems; PowerShell, VBS, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, and HTTP traffic.
      • Print Server / Network Printing Administration.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other conferencing platforms.
      • Strong teamwork mentality.
      • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly
