seeks a Technology Integrator (P1 - P3) to enable integration
across technology and application boundaries. Understand all areas
of Tech@Lilly Architecture (Business Process, Information,
Solution, Technology) and apply them to technical decisions.
Anticipate implications of technical decisions and enable effective
information flows across Tech@Lilly business processes and
partners’ business processes. Implement innovative approaches when
integrating new technologies supporting business transformation.
Support the design, development, and delivery of end user training
and procedures. Provide guidance to project teams on the design and
implementation of solutions and tools for optimal enterprise use.
Analyze, develop, and administer End User technology &
applications. LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related
field and 2 years of experience with IT solution delivery and
support operations. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years
of service and/or project management experience; 2 years of writing
and maintaining technical process documentation; 1 year of
experience with IT platform management; 1 year of experience with
ITIL service management framework, Agile principles and framework,
and application of ITIL and Agile across the IT lifecycle; and 1
year of experience with IT solution delivery and support
operations. Part-time telecommuting permitted. Up to 5% domestic

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $111,598.00 per
year Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
