currently seeking candidates for a Shipping & Receiving role in
Cincinnati, OH. Our client is a well-established industry leader

logistics and inventory operations. Key Responsibilities: ·
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies
against purchase orders and packing slips. · Prepare, package,
label, and ship finished goods in accordance with company standards
and customer requirements. · Accurately enter shipping, receiving,
and inventory data into inventory management or ERP systems. ·
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet
jacks, and hand trucks (certification a plus). · Coordinate with
production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure material
availability and timely shipments. · Maintain organized, clean, and
safe warehouse and shipping areas. · Perform cycle counts and
assist with inventory audits to ensure accuracy. · Identify and
report damaged materials, shipment discrepancies, or inventory
issues. · Follow all safety procedures and company policies related
to material handling and storage. · Support continuous improvement
initiatives within shipping and receiving operations.
Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required; prior
shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse
environment preferred. · Experience with inventory systems, ERP
software, or shipping platforms is a plus. · Ability to lift up to
50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. ·
Familiarity with shipping carriers, documentation, and basic
logistics processes. · Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills. · Ability to work independently and as part
of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. · Reliable
