Job Description Job Description Pay: Pneumatic pay starts at 22%
of the gross at the end of your first year, pay moves to 23% and
then at the end of your second year pay moves to 24%. Gross weekly
average is $1300-$1800. $.22 per mile deadhead pay after 100 miles
of deadhead per load. Pneumatic drivers are paid $1.50 per ton for
every ton of product they blow off. Drivers are paid $20.00 per
deim for each night they sleep in the truck, if a driver spends the
weekend out (Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday night) they
receive an additional $75.00 flat in per deim. Pay is weekly. Pay
week starts Sunday at 12 am and ends Saturday night at 11:59 pm

experience minimum within the last 4 years You must have a valid
CLASS A CDL No record of refusal to take or failure of a drug test
EVER NO DUI, DWI, careless or reckless driving within the last 10
years NO license suspension for more than 30 days in the last 3
years MUST speak English Tanker endorsement is NOT required We do
train on how to load and off load a pneumatic trailer – training
time is paid as you are hauling loads while shadowing a trainer. We
do require that all drivers have their TWIC Here at Schwend we

and Charles's son) took over the company after his parents retired
and is now our company President and fearless leader! Over the last
49 years we have built a strong customer base in the Southeast,
hauling many types of agricultural products. We have grown some
since 1976 and we now have a total of 4 terminals! Terminals are in
Dade City FL, Tampa FL, Jasper TN, and Elko GA. We are licensed to
run in all 48 states, but we primarily stay in the southeast. (FL,
GA, AL, MS, LA, TX, AR, MO, IL, IN, OH, PA, WV, VA, NC, SC, TN, KY,
but we are not limited to running only these states). We mostly
haul dry bulk agriculture products; calcium, salt, phosphate, and
clay to name a few. We also haul some food grade products such as
Flour and Malt. Our fleet is made up of Volvo and Kenworth,
automatic trucks. (2013 and newer) We do not allow passengers. We
do not have passenger seats in our trucks
