Job Description Job Description We are Currently looking for an Over the Road Solo driver with 2 years experience and a clean CSA record. We will ask you to be willing to team up in the future (Not Required) Element Logistics LLC is a new company leased on to APL Cargo Inc. Drive for us and grow with us as we grow. We are a Veteran Owned company looking for Trustworthy proficient people. The position is in a 2020 Peterbuilt 579 53' Dry Van Trailer. Competitive Pay! Percentage 27% to 31% of Linehaul or Mileage .55cpm - .63cpm 2 weeks on 2 Days off schedule (See Below for Company Goals) Job Description: High Quality Trucks include 2015 - 2021 Volvo, Freightliner, Western Star, Mack, & Peterbilt Weekly Direct Deposit Pets Welcome Rider Policy Referral Program Clean Inspection Bonus 100% Transparency Orientation/Detention Pay Best Pass Fuel & Pay Cards No Touch Freight No Forced Dispatch Company Phones Paid Reserve Parking as required (Save your Receipts) Apply Now OTR Coast to Coast driving routes. Tell your Driver manager if you have any areas you are not willing to drive! We Pay either W2 or 1099 according to your preference. Current Schedule: - OTR (Tell your Driver manager areas where you do NOT want to drive and they will stick to it) - 2 weeks on 2 full days off (Enjoy your days no 34 hour rush back to the truck) - Take the truck home on off time - Route back to the yard (Wolcott, IN) for PM/Check up Monthly Goals! - 10 Trucks and 10 Drivers minimum by 2022 - 2 weeks on 1 week off (With Paid Time Off) Team Drivers (Once we Hire 3 Trucks) - 2 weeks on 3 days off (With Paid Time Off) Solo Drivers (Once we Hire 5 Trucks) - We are Looking into Benefits Right now and will establish them at the end of 90 Day Probationary period once we have 2 trucks/drivers - By 2022 have our own authority and brokering/load planning our own loads - By 2022 work with Owner Operators! - Employee Health and Financial Retirement account Benefits Company Description Veteran owned and we pay competitively with APL, and schedule our drivers for personal and wallet care.
