Our client, in the Packaging and Advanced Materials industry, is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and dedication, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Operator Location: Van Wert, OH 45891 Pay Range: $18.50 Shift: 3rd Shift, 4:45pm - 5:00am, 12-hour rotation What's the Job? Assist in the production and operation of manufacturing process equipment Prepare production logs, product tags, and time cards as necessary Operate scrap grinder and understand the recycle system Follow and participate in plant safe housekeeping guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Remain compliant with SQF / BRC / HACCP requirements as per the location’s Food Safety & Quality Policy What's Needed? Detail-oriented with the ability to carry out tasks with precision Dedicated with a strong sense of purpose and integrity Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 12 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds Previous manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule What's in it for me?
