Staffing Resources has immediate LOCAL openings for Cherry Picker Operators in Lebanon, Indiana! These are Full-time positions with potential for direct hire after 90 days. All shifts available, with excellent opportunity for OT. Sign on Bonus of $500 when temp associate converts to full time associate. Apply today, and you could be working tomorrow! Potential Bonus Opportunities:
30 Day Perfect Attendance - $100
60 Day Perfect Attendance - $150
Direct Hire Sign On Bonus - $500
Ideal Candidates will:
-- 6 months reach truck, cherry picker, and/or forklift experience preferred but willing to train
-- Be able to lift 40-50 lbs consistently
-- Be able to twist and turn
-- Work OT as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15 - $17 /hour

Salary: $15.00 to $17 /hour

Job Requirements:

• Assist with inventory cycle counting using powered industrial equipment
• Adhering to all work rules and rules of conduct set by management and the company
• Picking product for bulk orders and staging in receiving dock
• Verify inventory stock quantities on stock status reports or electronic information systems
• Assembling customer orders from storage or inbound shipments for outbound loading
• Set up station with the correct documents and components per assembly drawing
• Impact the quality and productivity of client
• Hire and retain the best caliper of employees
• Work safely and cooperatively with other warehouse associates
• Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties
• Trained how to operate forklift and other powered equipment safely to place product and retrieve from designated storage area, picking orders
• Shipping and receiving of automotive replacement safety glass products and supplies
• Fulfill salon and store orders
• Maintain assigned aisles in accordance with quality and cleanliness standards
• Asked Load UPS trailer by hand
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product be loaded
• Unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, reach truck,or other power equipment
• Organizing items of pallet by hospital unit as necessary and repacking and weighing orders which require special handling
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion
