open-mindedness.What you will do as the Aquaculture Production
AssociateOur Aquaculture Production Associates work as part of a
small team, dedicated to ensuring quality delivery of salmon at the
harvesting and processing stage. The role includes:
- transferring, harvesting and handling salmon
- sorting, packing
- maintaining a hygienic work environmentThis is a full-time
position with a 90-day probationary period.
You are the ideal candidate if the following describes you

the team needs additional support.

will need to get done.

job that will need to get done simultaneously. You are able to
prioritize and shift your concentration smoothly from one task to

You possess these basic requirements
- Prior education/experience in food/meat processing is
- Must work safely.
- Medium to a high level of physical fitness. This includes the
ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing up for up to 12
- Math skills (basic calculations)
- Previous experience in Seafood processing is desirable.
- Degree in the related field is a plus! This can include Marine
Biology, Fish Health, Fisheries, Wildlife, Animal Production,
Agriculture, Food Science.
- Applicants must consent to a background check and drug
