1^st Shift Warehouse Associate

$17.75/hr

**$500.000 RETENTION BONUS - $500.00 REFERRAL BONUS**

**Receive $500.00 after 90 days of employment!!!** (Must have worked 90 consecutive days and be an active employee at the time of payout. Payment is considered taxable income is subject to all required withholdings.)

REFERRAL BONUS!! Refer a friend to any vacant hourly position and receive $500.00 after their first 6 months of employment!! (Referral must have worked 180 consecutive days and both employees must be active employees at the time of payout.  Payment is considered taxable income and is subject to all required withholdings.  There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.)

The functions and performance requirements may vary depending on the area of the warehouse, but generally the job responsibilities of this position could include all or a portion of the following:

• Must value working safety and attention to quality.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 10+ hours in a warehouse,
• Meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
• Must be able to operate powered industrial equipment safely, such as but not limited to Taylor-Dunn cart, order selector
• Ability to segregate recyclables from the waste stream.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, walking, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to use RF / Scanning / Printing devices and have basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of Click System a plus!
• Must be able to speak, read and understand English
