Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator who aspires to become a Project Manager and is actively focused on the professional development that is required to become one. This role is with an enterprise organization that is rapidly changing and growing. This role will give someone the chance to work on a variety of projects including integration of acquired companies, infrastructure and business operational projects. This person should be someone who can drive what needs to be done in a large, fast paced company with minimal direction.

Required Skills:

Must have at least 2 or more years experience as a Project Coordinator

Ability to independently coordinate and conduct meetings

High level of initiative and drive to track down answers and status updates related to projects

Analytical, detail oriented and organized

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

High level of competence with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint

Experience with MS Project and/or other Project Management tools



Desired Skills:

Experience with both infrastructure, business operations and application development projects is helpful

Experience working in a Project Management role at any point a plus
