Louisville Tile Distributors of Fishers, IN is seeking a Product Support Assistant to provide administrative and field support to the outside sales team. This position administers sample requests, assists with product selection and crossovers, tradeshow setup, project submittals and Salesforce data entry. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position with pay starting at $20.00 per hour. Applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check. Important QualitiesInterpersonal skills - product support assistants need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and the sales team.Problem solving - must address challenges such product availability, logistical issues, and customer issues while effectively communicating changes with the clients and sales team.Flexibility and customer service are of paramount importance.Multi-tasking skills - Must be able to handle several projects.Be a self-starter and independent employee that can take initiative to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Provide administrative support to all outside sales repsCoordinate sample submittal packagesMaintain accurate lead, account, and opportunity data in SalesforceProvide crossover/ VE requests/ product suggestions for designers and commercial contractorsUpdate product libraries as neededMount boards and mosaics as necessary for presentations/ trade showsProject closing documentsAttend weekly commercial meetingsServe as backup for designer/architect appointments in showroomOrder new displays for dealer showrooms and inventory and order dealer updates (boards)Assist with product updates in dealer showroomsMount boards as necessary and requested for dealer customersProvide crossover/ VE requests/ product suggestionsUpdate tile displays in customer serviceOrder, update, pull customer orders as neededCoordinate UPS samples shipping from the branchAssist in urgent sample deliveriesMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Previous administrative experience preferredPositive, enthusiastic personalityGood oral and written communication skillsPI183012915
