Must meet at least one of the following:

Completion of the Zimmer Biomet Aspire Tool and Die Trainee program
Completion of a tool and die associate's degree with at least 3 years of relevant toolmaking experience
At least 6 years of hands-on toolmaking experience
A four year approved tool and die apprenticeship program
