LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a customer service-oriented individual for an exciting contract-to-hire Patient Registration opportunity with an impressive healthcare network located in the Fishers, IN area What You'll Be DoingConfirming demographic, financial, and miscellaneous clinical information with patients upon their arrival for an appointment or procedure. Maintaining professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service at all times. Facilitating copay collection conversations with patients and ensuring all questions are answered.Managing patient flow from the point of entry to destination. QualificationsSome office, food service, or retail experience required.Ability to communicate proactively and effectively required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service skills required Work Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM rotating schedule (Three 12-hour shifts)Pay: $16/hrJob Type: Contract-to-hire (35 hours per week) Many LHH clients require proof of COVID-19 vaccination at time of hire due to company policies or certain regulatory requirements.
