Job Description:

Responsibilities: Solve complex technical and logical issues with an engineering-first approach. Replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs within our custom applications. Collaborating with Scrum Teams to estimate, plan, and manage new feature development and testing. Build custom applications and features utilizing Software Engineering best practices. Work daily with a full stack environment. Perform peer code reviews for code accuracy and proper functionality. Work with team members to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions that are highly scalable, extensible, and easy to maintain while keeping the overall end-user experience in mind Provide support for custom applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows Assist with in-depth analysis of technical problems, suggesting short- term and long-term resolutions and an overall roadmap for the completion of this process Supporting post-deployment activities, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or relevant work experience. Experience in full-stack software development. Knowledge in Java, C++, Apex, or another OOP language. Hands-on experience in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, or Node, along with proficiency in HTML and CSS. Familiarity with version/source control systems such as BitBucket, GitHub, or GitLab. Experience with IDEs such as IntelliJ, VS Code, or Eclipse. Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration. Deep knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and development. On-the-Job Training: Engage in Salesforce Trailheads to learn about Salesforce Development: including Lightning Components, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batches, and many other Salesforce development features. Get hands-on experience developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Within the first year, gain your Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
