We are currently seeking a Community Outreach Liaison to promote
our services!
Summary
The Community Outreach Liaison will create an all-inclusive
strategy for community outreach using market research and business
development strategies to identify new business opportunities aimed
at promoting the services of LittleStar. This position will be
accountable to promote ABA services to healthcare providers and
facilities within the geographic areas of LittleStar facilities.
This position will be reasonable for achieving referral source
growth, as well as maintaining existing relationships.

the first ABA Center in the state of Indiana. We have been

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of new business to drive referral pipeline within
assigned geographic area with a variety of clients, including but
not limited to pediatricians, provider advocacy groups,
diagnosticians, clinics and schools to support LittleStar's vision,
mission, values and goals for growth strategy
- Utilizes sales and marketing strategies in order to promote
LittleStar's services and brand recognition; drafts business plans,
sales pitches, presentations, reference material and other
documents as needed
- Identifying and researching potential referral sources within
the industry to establish LittleStar presence in the geographic
area
- Monitors and evaluates industry trends and performs market
research to identify new opportunities in underserved
communities
- Educating referral sources on LittleStar service offerings
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with healthcare
providers, facilities and referral sources in the community to
foster successful partnerships that will generate referrals
- Forecasts and tracks key account metrics
- Works closely with staff across departments to implement growth
strategies
- Develops and executes a marketing plan to target accounts, run
campaigns, and plan community outreach events
- Works with the digital marketing team to develop campaigns
across the web, social media, email, and text to optimize referral
funnels
- Develops and maintains a robust pipeline, utilizing CRM and
track progress of pipeline
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, including client
contacts, referrals, and revenue generated
- Represents LittleStar at conferences, events, and other public
engagements
- Conduct business in an ethical & transparent fashion
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Leadership

- Possess sound technical skills, analytical ability, sound

- Must understand ABA therapy services
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet
deadlines
- Must be able to identify new business opportunities and
partners
- Able to inspire and motivate individuals through oral and
written communication
- Have excellent negotiation skills
- Must be able to make decisions on day-to-day tasks and consult
with supervisor on anything out of the ordinary
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of
stakeholders in varying positions within the public and private
arena
- Working experience utilizing Microsoft Office and CRM
tools
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and
presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' Healthcare industry experience preferred
with related experience in sales, marketing and/or communication
services.
- A combination of education, training, and experience may be
substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated.
- Experience 'selling' concepts and ideas, to generate enthusiasm
for events and people.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with an independent
drive to exceed established targets.
- An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with
high ethical standards, an appropriate professional image, and
strong communication skills working with a diverse population is
essential.
- Candidates have excellent communication and presentation
skills, are strategic and forward-thinking; ability to interact in
person and on the phone with enthusiasm about LittleStar's mission,
vision, and values.
- Effective working in teams and as an autonomous
self-starter.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned geographic area.
- A valid driver's license is required
Condition of Employment:
- Must successfully pass the initial and updated criminal
history, background, and record checks, which includes driving
history checks.
- In high rates of COVID transmission, wearing Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE), as provided by LittleStar, where
physical distance cannot be attained may be required.
Work Environment
Position operates in a professional office environment. This role
routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers,
phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners, and fax machines.
Position will also travel extensively to meet with potential
clients and referral sources. This position may be eligible for
telecommuting per the telecommuting policy depending on
organizational needs and at supervisor's discretion.
Must be able to work with diverse populations of individual and
families from each generation represented in the workforce.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of the job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to
sit (50%), stand, and walk (40%), use hands to finger, handle or
feel; and reach with hands and arms (10%). Must be able to lift 25
pounds (35%).

Availability and Travel
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with core office
hours being 8:30 - 4:30 p.m., with availability to work outside of
core office hours when needed. This position regularly requires
long hours and frequent weekend work.
This position requires regular travel. Frequent travel is outside
the local area and overnight, both within and outside the state of
Indiana, which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
