We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, and brand development. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events) Create and schedule content for social media platforms Support email marketing campaigns and list management Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity Track and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, design) to ensure brand consistency Help manage marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets Support event planning and promotional activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing Analytical mindset with comfort working with data Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude What We Offer Hands-on marketing experience across multiple channels Mentorship and professional development opportunities Growth path into Marketing Specialist or Manager roles Competitive entry-level salary benefits Where: r eports onsite to 95 Glendale Milford Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45215 When: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
