Job Description:

This position is a 1st shift position working from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday with possibility of daily and weekend overtime. For consideration, all interested applicants are encouraged to apply at www.pac.com/careers.

Summary:

Responsible for receiving functions in Visual. Responsible for receiving UPS/FedEx shipments. Knowledge in all shipping systems and filing of documentation. Cross-functional skills/training will be required. Warehouse Administrative Team Members will conduct themselves in an appropriate and professional manner at all times with all employees and outside services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Data entry in Visual/Excel/USS. Capable of running multiple shipping/warehouse systems.

* Capable of communicating and receiving instructions from all areas of the plant and company.

* Able to cover driver s window, assign unloading of carriers and handle paperwork for drivers.

* Reads purchase orders or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and to who.

* The use of a forklift will be required to complete these duties at times.

* Works with Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Leads.

* Prepares parcels and boxes for delivery to proper internal customers.

* Maintains inventory/shipping records of incoming products and parts.

* Complete inventory cycle counts as required.

* All system work for incoming purchase orders.

* Seeks process improvements.

* Responsibilities include all incoming product not related to raw goods. To include engineering, maintenance, accounting and office purchase orders.

* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Can perform the essential functions of the job with the appropriate education/experience, language, and other skills and abilities as listed below.

* Must be forklift certified or able to obtain forklift certification through internal testing.

* Six months related warehousing experience and/or training.

* Required to be computer literate and capable of using a computer for data entry and printing warehouse paperwork. Data entry experience preferred.

* Forklift certification preferred.
