Job Description:

-- Image Windows 10 Machines as per the SOP and Instructions provided-- Deployment/Rollout Engineer hands over the migrated device to end user on the scheduled time-- Follow local EHS Guidelines and Safety protocols-- Complete local site SOP's to ensure compliance -- Works with Local IT Support to gather the migration plan/schedule for the day-- Complete Qualification paperwork for each deployed equipment-- Confirm the User details-- Confirm Users contact and location-- Confirm the pre build devices foro Correct asset detailso Correct Hardware type and configurationo Assigned appropriately in CMDB-- Contacts the user in the designated location on the appointment time and:o Meets and greets the Usero Hands over the new device and peripherals to the user and helps the user with-- Login to new device and creating a profile-- Confirm the applications and settings-- Install any additional apps and peripherals-- Brief overview with customer on Windows 10-- Data Backup on the old device and restores on the new device-- Collects the Old device from the end user and arranges shipping & decommissioning as per process-- Updates the migration status of equipment per process
